    Staying for work-life balance
The good thingsGood work-life balance for me in SICS/IHDP. Supportive peers and ROs.
The challengesSometimes hire big dreams low output people. Sometimes hire in positions that do not require manpower while others are lacking. Often retains and quickly promotes poor performance managers that look that they do a lot of work. Some managers lack technical knowledge and EQ.

One of the worst places I worked in
The good thingsI guess they will pay your salary, although the bonus is very low.
The challengesThe managers do things for their own personal benefit of improving their name. Just a lot of talk, claiming credit, but they don't do anything to help their team. Also, don't expect to get promoted, they mostly hire new people to fill the open positions.
