    The challenges1)Hard to focus on selling a particular brand as multi-brands retailers have many watch brands 2)Pressure to hit individual and shop target but high sales means high commission... 3)Weekend crowds can get challenging at times especially when staffing is insufficient but means individual can get more sales...
