    Won't recommend for people around me, if anyone wants to work in healthcare should direct under the institution instead because would have better growth opportunities and work welfare.
    The good thingsClose colleagues but no support from management and bosses..
    The challenges-Messy organization -bias management -no proper guidance -nick picking boss -no people manager and manager play politics and boycotting of staff -messy work instruction with no consistency -no support form management
