    The good thingsTraining was provided to guide me at the start Staff are friendly Learnt the basic excel and finance skills which are relevant to me

    The good thingsOur manager provides continuous coaching, and ensure all staff acquire the insurance product knowledge in order to sell the product benefits as a value-add
    The challengesThe daily KPI's of making 40 outbound calls is really challenge because the Contact Centre has to handle and answer all customer enquires from phone call-in as well as by emails within the same day

    The good thingsOne of the things I like about the team is that the employee are nice and great over there, really nice working with them.
    The challengesThe weakness of the company's management team is seen in poor management of employee and high exception of staffs, no staff would like to stay in a sinking ship.
