    It's a great learning experience and acquire the knowledge of insurance industry
    The good thingsOur manager provides continuous coaching, and ensure all staff acquire the insurance product knowledge in order to sell the product benefits as a value-add
    The challengesThe daily KPI's of making 40 outbound calls is really challenge because the Contact Centre has to handle and answer all customer enquires from phone call-in as well as by emails within the same day
