was very stable and interesting at the beginning and was happy to maintain the work, but was being disrupted due to sudden change in job allocation and unclear job scope given.
The good thingsthe job is challenging and very interesting in current working environment.
The challengesthe personnel is not really relevent incline in shipping knowledge and there are too many systems where no one really able to follow and very messy in job allocation.
