    great team and working culture
    The good thingsOne of the things I like about the team is that they let you take ownership of your work fully by not micromanaging . The company ensures that everyone has a conducive work environment by having a very pleasant office. The strength of the company's leadership is seen in​​​​ their open door policy where if anyone has a work issue, the management will always lend a listening ear and help
    The challengesvery little guidance or hand holding as everyone is expected to be a professional in their respective areas
