    A failed procurement transformation...
    The good thingsmeaningful work generally...
The challengesSuggest to hire experienced procurement staff to support operations. True transformation is not just to put in a system and policy and some half-cooked templates to tick the checkboxes. Hard for people on the ground when we get wishy washy advice and unclear directions from the Head.

The challengesLong hours and school will sway towards parents as they have a final say since it’s a private institution.
