My previous company has grown me from an administrator to instructor, and many managerial positions.
The good thingsValue people who can grow with the business. Being an MNC, opportunities to work with people across the world. Exposed to work with different companies in projects to help them in their learning and development business.
The challengesThe company treated training as a cost, although we in APAC, recover sufficient revenue to sustain our business. Training can help to open new markets. Did not provide training and development budgets for employees. Therefore, only in-house training was available.
