Stay aware, you have been warned.
The good thingsHonestly, I can't find anything positive here.
The challengesThere is consistently high turnover across all departments at our headquarters (Corporate Services - Finance, Procurement, HR, etc.). The work environment is toxic, characterized by middle and top management who either lack direction or disregard it altogether. Faced with heavy workloads, chaotic processes, and encounter unfriendly colleagues who pass work between departments. Consequently, tasks seem endless and completion feels elusive in this environment..

A place to start off but will not be the ideal place to hang on to
The good thingspeople are generally nice & friendly, workload is reasonable from the start, you will grow to love the colleagues & students.
The challengesA more sincere approach towards staff engagement will do wonders in retaining capable talents, benefitting the students in the long run.
