The organisation is renowned and has world-class practices, with an iconic brand that is highly respected globally. Employees find the work content to be very fun and interesting, and the working hours are relatively flexible.

    Good place to learn
The good thingsLearnt everything I needed to know about the broadcast industry during my time here. Most people are very friendly, and approachable. Work content can be very fun and interesting - the BBC is an iconic brand, and is highly respected all over the world. Working hours are relatively flexible. Very multicultural office - staff from all corners of the world.
The challengesLack of career progression and training. Whilst it is in development still, this could leave employees feeling unmotivated. Monthly salary for non ad-sales departments (executives, etc) not paid as well given the workload. Lots of guidelines and rules to adhere to as BBC Worldwide is the commercial arm of the BBC, so work can sometimes take longer than usual - many stages of approval etc.
