    The good thingsHave family benefits given to staffs, quarterly bonding with the whole company. Staffs are like family, so it reduce the stress in working even though it is stressful in the certain period of the months and years,
    The challengesNot much prospect in the company. The chances of promotion is almost Zero Percent, if no staff resign. Increment rate is lower than the average GDP growing. Too many rules and regulations to set to follow, and it is wasting time, paper and money.
