Breathe Pilates was established In 2011 at Novena Medical Centre and has gone on to open 5 studios around the island. With a focus on clinical Pilates and together with a team of healthcare professionals, we work closely with our clients, orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists and osteopaths to come up with a custom program which works best for our clients.
