    Great sporting culture!
    The good thingsSporting and cohesive culture. Friendly colleagues. Alot of cross projects with various people in different departments. Opportunities to try other areas of work and learn new things- e.g. with the sporting events organised. Management can be informal and casual too.
    The challengesHR policies are rigid, not much support and not helpful. Too many dead weight employees in the company. Lack innovation. High number of incapable leaders rise to the position. Management can be very authoritative. Work load can be intense and employees may be thrown to do alot of unrelated adhoc work just to show 'visibility' to management. Organisation is losing a number of capable employees due to the processes.

    Poor management and no work life balance
    The good thingsSports attire was good and easy. Of course personally if you are having external meetings, it would be polite to dress up.
    The challengesAs much as the public service promotes work life balance, it does not apply here. Weekends are frequently disturbed by the management with constant hounding by your bosses. Quite a pain to be working here. Senior management changes decisions faster than a flip of a coin. HR as usual, alway trying to play down your pay..

    Wow. Lot to learn and so excitng
    The good thingsThe passion and commitment from all level. The sincerity and belief that sport can be a platform to bring a nation together. Being active and living better through sports. The sense of achievement and belonging after each event bring the team together and stronger for the next challenge.
    The challengesI cant find anything that the current company needs to improve. The spirit and culture are so strong - unbelievable that offer such experiences.
