    The good thingsDiverse working environment with people from all region and working with people from hometown
    The challengesEmployee is seriously overworked, Singapore branch is seriously understaff with the issue created by the country head. Management only push task around pointing fingers for department to carry out as they do not have sufficient knowledge on it to support. Presentation to APAC is push to the bottom to carry out altough it is not the task of one's role so as for the management to present to APAC.
