    good working environment
The good thingsWe have a summer dress code, where you can wear shorts and sandals during summer. We have a rotating visit to our colleagues in UK and AUS. We have what we call away-day for each team, it is like a team building but we get to choose where we want to go. Lots of young and energetic people you will be working with - smart and gorgeous too! these are all open to tenured individual or fresh grads
The challengesCollaboration with our UK or AUS counterparts are sometimes challenging due to timezone and the technology we use. But there are always ways to do address or counter issues - and we always have solution to any challenges we face and that what makes our team and the Cambridge University Press, the best place to work, ever! :)
