What’s it like working at Discovery Networks?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Discovery Networks appreciate the good work-life balance, office space and open concept layout, chill culture with celebrations for different festivities, great benefits, and friendly co-workers and superiors who show genuine care and concern.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as concerns about senior management's accountability and foresight, opportunities to foster more team spirit and collaboration across the organisation, a lack of opportunities for career development, tight deadlines and an expected workload, and the transition to shared services which has been particularly challenging due to differing work attitudes and a need for improved knowledge sharing.

Not a place for career growth
The good thingsGood work-life balance and great office space. Celebrations for different festivities. Exposure to regional programs.
The challengesSenior management lacks accountability and foresight. Although it's a huge office, people mostly just keep to themselves and not a lot of team spirit is fostered or encouraged. People are generally unmotivated and day-to-day work is unexciting and stagnant. No opportunities for career development.
