    The good thingsFree and easy environment. Casual work wear
    The challengesimprove client's system for common sharing across all departments Improve facilities for staffs to meet up with clients for assessments and discussion and also protect the privacy of the client and safeguard the staffs. Staffs need to be updated and in their knowledge for their field of work!

    Good environment but low career progression
    The good thingsThe colleagues there are good and the bosses are generally supportive. You get to work in various events depending on your programme. The benefits are generally okay.
    The challengesCareer progression can be slow and the pay can be lower compared to other companies. They do offer bonuses but overall the package can be considered average. Many processes are hard to change and it would be good if the management are open to changes. There are peak periods whereby you may feel burnout.
