    Founded in October 2010 by Olivier Bendel, DHM opened its first Parisian concept on the quaint duxton hill. Today, we own and manage a group of restaurants in Singapore (L 'Entrecote The Steak & Fries Bistro, Sabio Spanish Tapas Bar, Forlino, &Made Burger, Glasshouse at orchard-The Heeren with the largest 2-storey Alfresco dining, and Sabio by the Sea Tapas Bar and Grill). Each outlet bears the hallmark values of superior quality food, excellent service and unique interior design.

    The good thingsTeamwork. Which help me to develop my soft skills. The top management is always motivating and it leads me to success in the job as well as to develop my self-confidence in my role. I have a freedom to talk and discuss my problems which are related to my job. Finally, I received the support from my colleagues and from the management. it was a great experience in my life. Respectful co-workers and management.
    The challengesI am really happy to work in the busy atmosphere but the challenge which I found is less staff because in a busy hour I need to do multitasking it is challengable.
