    The good thingsMe enjoy meeting people, meet all kind of passenger from different world , learnt a lot greeting passanger, give customer Services to them.

    Only join if you're desperate, like someone had mentioned earlier or if you have no prior experience. 12, 13, 14 hrs shifts x6 per week is not sustainable and do not align with compensation. Your off day may also be shortened due to shift change (Night shift eats into your off and you start a morning shift the next day). However, I would say it's better to join load control / flt ops than cust svcs.
    The good thingsThere is a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie in flight ops/load control dept. Lots of OT and a good starter for those new to the workforce/industry. You will get to learn the basics of the aviation scene in Singapore Changi. Lots of old timers you will gain experience from and every day comes with different interesting situations so you won't really get bored easily.
    The challengesLack of manpower, management sometimes refuses to increase headcount (which is common in the industry and not only happening in dnata), lack of transport during times where travelling to aircraft is required, they are not purchasing more vehs. Be prepared to hitchhike/walk from office to aircraft site plus work at least 12/13hrs everyday.

    Avoid. The company is still stuck in the year 2000. Unwilling to change practices and mindset. A very peculiar culture.
    The good thingsThere's not much to like about this place.
    The challengesPetty and snide remarks from older staff. Backwards mentality of older staff. Outdated equipment and facilities. Bias and favoritism shown by mid management. Unhelpful HR that doesn't reply to messages and always deflects any enquiries.
