The good thingsThere is a challenge for everyone.coz we have individual performance rating ang your promotion is based on your own performance. If have no absent, accedent, sick leave, and you are hard working you have a big chance to be promoted to their other grade.
The challengesAs of now I got 4 certificate of appreciation, 1 super star of the month, and already promoted last 3 years ago.last week I have received message from dp world HR for another promotion.this is another challenge for me.thanks god.
