Overloading workload for a single person
The good thingsColleagues are friendly. Facilities are new thus comfortable to work in.
The challengesNo teamwork. Too much workload for a single person. No benefits at all. Not paid enough for the workload+position. Consider twice if plan to stay for longer period of time.
