What’s it like working at Installations Auxiliary Police Force ('IAPF')?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at IAPF appreciate the structured 8-hour rotation shifts and the work-life balance that allows them to manage family time effectively. The supportive team environment, with good coverage from teammates and supervisors, is valued, as is the flexibility and freedom to innovate in their approach to work.

However, there are some potential challenges, including limited promotion opportunities and salary caps after a few years of service. Yearly salary increases may not keep pace with the rising cost of living, with welfare benefits primarily limited to the 13-month annual wage supplement. Additionally, employees may experience varying workloads and changing procedures, with particularly busy periods during events and shifts that sometimes extend beyond the scheduled hours.
