The good thingsI found my colleague very helpful and supportive , except for the Management when the management was changed to expats is when I found myself facing hardships

The challengeslong hours of working and reporting early was the toughest thing I faced, but i consider that as part of job since the nature of my job was to stay late until the work is done

The good thingsTechnology innovation by always leading that front across the region. Continuous learning opportunities and excellent working environment is an attribute which is their most powerful retention tool.

The challengesI never felt any challenge which wasn't manageable since the management layer plays active role in ensuring the motivation of the staff is taken care of.
