    Manual & poor college system.
    The good thingsGet to learn educational skills and able to acquire knowledge. Most lecturers and other departments are friendly.
    The challengesTo construct whole college semester time tables (for about 30 classes) with Excel and not with a proper software. It is not doable and not workable. Make no sense. Time tables supposedly to be done by a software not doing things manually ( Excel). Giving unrealistic ideas to perform tasks. Always demotivating & discouraging words by the Dean. Disrespectful. Opinions & suggestions by staffs are not appreciated.
