    Never try never know
    The good thingsBoss is demanding of course, but if no standard = no improvement. All workplaces are almost the same nowadays. But I can tell you never try you will never know. Do not ever listen to what you heard, if I listened to what I heard. I will not be here for 11 months.
    The challengesTo overturn the different cultures. It is not about the work but more of the peoples. Well, we are a multi cultures and multi countries. Thanks to these peoples which trained me better, I know how other countries are working. Learning the bad and worst to prevent it from happening in myself. I must say there are bound to be rotten apples and all these are everywhere when you are an international company. Take it positive, good learning experience so that I will not be like them.
