Good place to work, learn and excel if you have low / few family commitments

The good thingsColleagues are nice, employee benefits are better than most other SMEs, company is located near eating areas, Management is very clear on direction to improve within the next FY.

The challengesWork load can be very taxing, certain departments even work 6-7 days a week, might not be suitable for staffs with young children due to certain peak periods (close to CNY) which often result in a lot of OT and can negatively impact work life balance. Company culture has a very low threshold of mistakes.
