The good thingsManagement very patient in teaching you. Great colleagues. Colleagues look out for one another. Till date, no office politics. Opportunity given to go out to meet customers in person even if indoor bound. No restrictions nor micro managing from management.

The challengesTime is never enough. Though tiring, yet again rewarding. As company is expanding, more employees coming in would be great. Work/life balance have to schedule and plan ahead. Still achievable.
