    no life
    The good thingsGood Colleagues No office politics
    The challengesEndless discussion with director and no conclusion. "Design is our life", so your job is your life. Work life balance will never happen here. Long working hours, even back to work on weekends during deadline with no pay or extra leave. Poor management. Designer need to do office admin work, which there is a admin!
