What’s it like working at FieldCore?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at FieldCore appreciate the learning opportunities and the potential to earn more if projects extend beyond their expected duration. The company is also commended for recognising employees' efforts based on individual performance rather than agency status.

However, the field service work can be physically demanding, and employees may face challenges such as early start times and long commutes to work sites. Working with diverse nationalities and cultures can lead to communication barriers during outages, requiring adjustment and professionalism. Coordinating logistics for employees from different countries, including accommodations, food, and transportation, can be challenging. Additionally, interpersonal conflicts or jealousy among colleagues may arise, impacting working relationships.

    Even under manpower services
The good thingseven though you are under an agency they don't use it as basis on how they will operate. their basis is how you well you perform your task and make sure that recognize every single thing you do for them.
The challengesi have encountered a person who is the same as my status in the company and she is jealous is some way that she don't even want to talk to me even though we have to wotk together for a project.
