    Avoid at all cost!
    The good thingsMost staff are allowed to work from home.
    The challengesThis company is too focus on revenue generation. The ERP system is old and unhelpful to operation process, staff wear many hats and work super long hours (even on weekends, public holidays, and personal time off), and there is no career progression plan for staff. Sales people are treated as loyalty because they are the cash cows.
