    Don’t waste your time here
The good thingsThe staffs are friendly in general.
The challengesThere are a lot of challenges... the first thing is the management level, they are totally not clear what the vision are and there are bunch of aged consultant with high salary but doing nothing and claiming they are with good experiences. Most of the time I felt that this is a nursing home, no energy, there were some fresh graduates from good universities stayed and left, I was very disappointed about how they doing their work, I’m very happy that I left it after 2 years of staying, that experience was awful, no increment, no bonus, aged consultants taking high salary but don’t know what they are doing, again it feels like a nursing home. I just checked the place of the company current location, it seems like that their business is shrinking again and moved to a worse complex. I don’t hold any positive view to this company as they didn’t do the retrospective and change.

Not a conducive working environment and unclear vision of higher management
The good thingsI had a very good immediate superior above me whom always giving me good and prompt advise in my daily work with a good number of supportive colleagues whom are always willing to give an extra mile for the company.
The challengesHigher management could provide a clear and specific performance of the company rather than letting the employees to guess how well the company is performing or asking the department manager to brief . A lot of employee are fuming of getting their annual bonus but as a responsible higher management, they could just write a brief email stating what went wrong which resulted no annual bonuses.

    Not a promising SME
The good thingsCan't really find a good thing for a professional working environment. Staying too long in this company could have hurt your resume badly.
The challengesAs personal experiences, neither i could find myself grow personally nor professionally in this company. During my endeavors, the company had shrink in terms of businesses units and headcounts within a short period. They are not able to get sufficient projects to work on and have since dealing with cash flow issues. Many of us received no salary increment, bonuses and even got the AWS delayed.
