    The good thingsThe ground ops workers work with each other and helping one another
    The challengesManagement doesnt take care of workers well being and expect them to work more if manpower is low. MC rate high due to tireness and sickness. Cut budget to not employ PT to support FT on the ground

    The challengesThey could have provide us with better medical benefits, performance / AWS bonus and other welfares for the employees. Provide us with a better working environment, the office location is pretty unacessible to food and public transport.
