The good thingsColleagues are helpful and willing to share their knowledge. They are very patient when teaching you. The boss here are also kind and generous. They have a fruit day every month that include all the employee including temp staff. All their activity, event and gifts include everyone. We always wait together for lunch which further enhance team sprite and bonding.
The challengesThe start up was in a bit mess due to permanent staff had resign for more than 4 months. There were a lot of unscheduled job for engineer, some are late and others was due to not scheduled. Most done job in between the not staff period does not have proper record for filing thus checking with engineer and client was crucial.
