HEYTEA came into being in a lane named Jiangbianli, formerly known as ROYALTEA. Due to the failure to register the trademark, it is upgraded and registered as HEYTEA.HEYTEA is the first maker of cheese tea. Different from other traditional cream-covered tea with coarse making and cheap tea, HEYTEA provides high-quality tea from all over the world, trying to renew the traditional tea culture.Singapore is our first overseas destination, our first outlet is in ION, Orchard, and the second one will be in Clarke Quay.

    terrible management
The good thingsthe people are really good, not including the supervisor and management
The challengesnon-sustainable schedule as there's only 6 days rest days a month and also the changing shift every week is really unsustainable and unhealthy for your body as the shifts are very different, ranging from 8-5 to 230-1130, causing your waking hours and eating hours to be really inconsistent. management is bad and the company doesn't pay for OT though expecting you to work over your working hours. schedule is released weekly and makes it difficult to make any beforehand plans as your shifts changes greatly and is unpredictable and your rest days are also always changing. The pay is bad for part timers and is really not worth especially cause there is always a long queue for the shop. Though the pay for full timer seems great, it is slowly decreasing and there is also an increase in work needed to be done as the number of people working per shift is being reduced to 'cut labour cost'
