    Good environment for you start your career
    The good thingsMedium size local firm, in real estate management area, if you are fresh graduated and no experience with or have not yet had a clear picture with your career & skills. Joint this company, start with learning how to deal with different people you met, will be very helpful for your future career growth. Due to its company size, firm is taking a few projects with small units condominium, you will assign to those small places with other colleagues. Able to learn a lot of things from small places and not be so frustrated & stressful. It is good for your to building your personal working style & learning what is called "work".
    The challengesThere may be not enough staff working with you or there is not a good working environment(condominium) you are assigned to. Sometimes, lack of support from HQ, you need to learn how to deal with all these situation.
