iC2PrepHouse is a resource centre for children and youths with visual impairment. Operation commenced in October 2012 with the mission to help parents and families understand and cope with the unique and diverse needs of children and youths with visual impairment.iC2PrepHouse is the first and Singapore’s only institution of its kind. It provides structured educational and rehabilitative programmes, to aiming to empower and enable children and youths with visual impairment to live confidently, independently and maximize their potential. We support those with low vision and their teachers so that they can attend mainstream schools. Skills in daily living are taught as well. Our programmes and services are tailored to the needs of the children and youths, based on the assessments we conduct.
