    The challengesIf you are on the shift you will be the only person working In the whole company. They will assign the shifts with only one person for weekends and Night shifts. During the Working days (only in day time not in the night shift)More people on the shift but whatever uncompleted tasks are pushed to that day-night shift person, He or She needs to work alone to complete this. Yes During night shifts you are the only person in the whole company.
