What’s it like working at NetLink Trust?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at NetLink Trust appreciate the friendly and supportive colleagues, as well as the opportunities to learn about different aspects of the telecommunications industry through working with various contractors and providers. The company also provides training by sending staff for relevant courses. Some employees foresee growth potential for NetLink Trust to become one of the biggest companies in Singapore.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as concerns about certain management personnel and their egos or lack of respect for ground staff. The workload can also be stressful and fast-paced at times, particularly when supporting the nation's telecommunications needs. Additionally, stand-by duties can make it challenging to maintain work-life balance, as employees need to be available to respond to faults even outside office hours.

It was a bumpy ride but its all worth it
The good thingsI have been with NetLinkTrust for almost 10 years now. I have seen how the company matured. It was a merged company from three different companies namely SingTel, OpenNet and CityNet. Three companies with different working culture. It was not easy to get everyone work together at first but the management tried to make it work and it happened. I foresee that this will be one of the biggest company in Singapore in the future.
The challengesTheres a lot of work as the company is supporting the whole nation that sometimes lead to stress.
