The good thingsBoss willing to guide and step in when encounter problems. Colleagues are helpful and work together as a family.
The challengesHave to work under pressure when being chased by customers and delivery time-off. Need constantly build rapport with customers and suppliers. Increment very slow but variable bonus can be good sometimes. Need to work alternate Sat.
