    The good thingsWorking culture and diversity is excellent. Everyone is friendly to each other. Feels like one big family. Good communication throughout the company, with minimal barrier between management and warehouse operators. Good opportunity to develop vertically as well as laterally. Easy to gain experience and widening personal job portfolio.
    The challengesChallenges include getting into management from operations. Good networking is needed to move around within the different departments.
