Poor management, toxic environment.

The good thingsGood transportation. That's about it though.

The challengesManagement does not listen to people and just impose their view and rules on employee. - Zero compassion or understanding from management. - Management very close-minded and borderline sadistic - High blaming culture. Instead of trying to work together to solve matters, cross functional departments are hostile and difficult to work with as a team.
