Environment for driven performers

The good thingsThe business mindset here is focussed on high performance and drive. Everyone is an expert in their relevant commodity and the entire office is headed by a very commercially sharp MD. This is not a place for those wishing to do just the bare minimum, and for those who work hard and show results, they will be more than adequately compensated. Staff welfare is good.

The challengesThe office is quite huge so there are a bit of social silos. On a more menial note, the pantry snacks suck. The pros of the company can easily be cons for those who don't share the same mindset of workplace leaders.
