Overall, I enjoyed my time here. I learnt alot and is consistently being encouraged to think about my growth and push to improve myself and skillets. The company culture and colleagues are missed when I had to leave the company to pursue a full time degree.
The good thingsI'm exposed and given hands on opportunities to work on a wide variety of assets. Because the company runs major baby fairs and parenting events, I got to design both digital and on ground campaigns, which helped me strengthen my portfolio. I find this is rare as im just a junior designer but was given opportunities to try out many things and was very involved. I really enjoyed working with my team as everyone was supportive & approachable and often open to brainstorming ideas or sharing feedbacks constructively.
The challengesThe pace can be quite fast as there are multiple campaigns at once, and some with shorter turnaround. This is especially so when nearing the baby fair periods.

A good place to grow your skills if you’re adaptable and open to learning
The good thingsThe colleagues here are friendly and supportive, and there’s a lot of opportunity and room to grow if you’re willing to learn. Though the pace is pretty fast, I get to work on a lot on big campaigns and events. This really helps on improving my skillsets quickly and build up my portfolio with real projects! Also, the company has quarterly team gatherings where we get a nice break from the usual work rush too!
The challengesThe pace here is undeniably intense, especially during campaign and event periods. The design deadlines are pretty tight, and there are times where last-minute changes are common so being adaptable is very essential here.
