    MVL is a Singapore-incorporated mobility technology company which operates the MVL blockchain protocol and Southeast Asia’s first zero-commission and fastest growing ride-hailing service, TADA.We are focused on creating societal, environmental and economic value through our mobility products and services. Our mission is to increase access to the value that mobility can bring by delivering advanced mobility products and services affordably to the masses. We are doing this through our zero-commission ride-hailing and delivery services and electric vehicle launched in Cambodia.Currently, our team is about 300 strong working from our offices in Singapore, Korea, Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam.

    Just like family business..
    The good thingsColleagues are great and fun. Some departments have flexibility in working locations. Pantry is ok, not too shabby
    The challengesFeels like the company is being managed by family and friends. The GM and HR are husband and wife. Is this even possible? Top management are all friends. Management is reluctant to change and likes to operate as though it is a small company, yet asking the skies from their employees. No AWS, no 13 month. No standard increment because the bosses get more and executives get lesser. Note to management - please wake up....
