Really very toxic. I left without a job because of the toxic department and the reporting manager.
The good thingsStaff discount at SingHealth eatery.
The challengesThe buddy system is good, but is all "on paper" (to look good). The tact of the HR could be improved too. For a technical role, there is no test for you during the pre-interview stage. By then I should have suspected it. The department I were in, they are not inclusive, and not welcoming, really treats me like transparent. They have their own clique and excludes you. Worse is reporting manager talks behind your back with other staff members. I think I am just unlucky.
