Insecurity among senior staff. New hires must step up to prove their capabilities.
The good thingsUnderstanding bosses who are willing to sit down and teach as new hires we need to learn the ropes before taking in more important responsibilities.
The challengesInsecurity among peers. Existing peers are not willing to share, afraid they might lose their job to new hires. Hence, new hires will not have the opportunity to step up. The moment they step up, they are pull down by the senior staff. Senior staff seems to have their clicks. So when comes to appraisals, judgement have already been made.
