    Not nurturing working environment
The good thingsPerhaps the food at the canteen is cheaper than outside food
The challenges- Can be quite tiring in the travel if you are staying in the central or the east. - It is just unfortunate that the working environment I am in was not nurturing. - Not feeling welcome as a newcomer. Most of the staff are so individualistic that it's not easy to learn work stuffs from them.
