What’s it like working at Nielsen?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Nielsen appreciate the friendly and supportive colleagues, as well as the training and development opportunities provided to grow their skills. The company culture is described as light, fun, and inclusive, with respect for diversity. Flexible work arrangements and competitive compensation and benefits, including bonuses and merit-based pay, are also valued.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as issues with management support and frequent changes in direction. High workloads, particularly during busy periods, can lead to long hours and stress. Career progression is sometimes slow, with promotions taking several years. Additionally, while training is available, some employees feel that training opportunities could be expanded across more functions and teams.
