The good thingsSalary, benefits, welfare, challenging muiltinational environment, supportive bosses that pushes you to the limit. Opportunity to not only do jobs in your expertise but also in other departments. Develop your work ethics through all the hard work and long hours.
The challengesCrazy long hours especially when the peak season comes and when there is new product that needs quick mass production. Workforce is unproportional to the workload. Hard to climb up the ladder as there are too few positions with too many people lining up.
